DeBone

DeBone is an ultrasonic knife used for cutting out the tailbone in pork. DeBone was created in collaboration with a danish industrial butchery to improve the ergonomics when cutting and limiting strain in the butchers wrist. It was my Bachelor Project in Industrial design and designed in collaboration with designers, Benjamin Liboriussen, Katrine Timmermann and Lærke Krog Jensen.
